Poetry can inspire mindfulness and help us to explore our practice by offering new doorways into meditation. Each of the poems that have been selected for this programme may hold new lessons or musings for us. You are invited to let yourself be carried by the texts. Each is followed by a time left for freeflow meditation in the wake of the poetry. These texts are sometimes funny, sometimes serious, but always both simple and powerful.
