We are or will all be confronted with grief in our lives. This program is aimed at everyone who is anticipating, beginning, struggling to begin, going through or finishing the mourning process. The idea is to propose thematic sessions rather than a fixed course. Indeed, continuing to live after a loss is an individual process. There’s no standard time line, no single path, we can move from one stage to another, go back, jump over a stage. Every mourning process is unique, and everyone will experience things at their own pace, in their own way. We recommend that you choose the sessions one after the other, and repeat them at any time, according to how you feel and your energy levels. Meditation isn’t a remedy, but a support – an aid to help you, step-by-step, in the mourning process, to recognize and face up to suffering when your automatic reaction is sometimes to turn your back on it. Meditation is complimentary to all of the other external, emotional, material and psychological assistance that may be available to you.
