Sleep
This program invites you to take a break at the end of the day, to slow down, let go of mental agitation, and gently prepare yourself for sleep. The sessions emphasize reconnecting with the body, the sensory landscape, breathing, benevolence, and compassion. As you follow the program, you will gradually create your own personal ritual, based on the practices that most help you to slow down at the end of the day and allow sleep to creep up on you. The program consists of 15 sessions of 20 minutes each, which you should ideally do at the end of the day.
