This program goes further, and even includes some surprises about how to use this calm and newly gained lucidity, integrating your emotions, your physical senses and also your deep motivation. And don’t forget: deepening the core techniques of meditation involves the repetition, again and again, of a common framework, which invites exploration of the breath, sensations, thoughts and emotions. There is no obligation to do all the sessions one after the other! You can do the sessions alternately with those from another program, but it is your perseverance and the confrontation with repetition that may open new doors.
